Project Scope: Replacement of IGU’s to pool area. IGU Ranging in size from 2’ x 4’ all the way to 10’ x 6’ panels. Replacement of vapor barrier underneath flashing and replacement of all caulking.
Remarks:
This work was required to be completed during the shut-down of the pool area. Pool was shut-down for 3 weeks at the beginning of September and B.E. mobilized multiple crews to complete the entire project within the allocated time of pool shut down. Complete interior protection was erected in case of pool reopening prior to completion of the work and we were able to remove the protection without the pool being reopened.
