Project Scope: Complete replacement of community centre flooring system. Replacement of all millwork throughout the centre. Repairs and painting localized throughout.
Remarks:
This work was required to be completed during the shut-down of the community centre. Centre was shut down for 4 weeks. All work was completed during this period by utilizing multiple shifts, effective material management and right on time delivery methods.
