Project Scope:
Replacement of Exterior Doors throughout the hospital. Repairs of adjacent hallways, vestibule floors, replacement of heating and cooling units and ceiling repairs and painting. Replacement of Security controls, card readers and magnetic door locks. Fire alarm verifications and relocations.
Remarks:
This project was done in a high traffic hospital throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. Measures that were taken by B.E. Construction to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions involved daily schedule updates with work plans and hoarding plans. Daily sign off from Infection Prevention and Control. Constant testing and screening employees and extra signage and coordination to allow this project to run efficiently
