Project Description:
This mid-rise condominium located on King Street required total building envelope repairs including E.I.F.S. Moulding Replacement, Masonry Repairs, Complete Sealant Replacement, Flashing and Siding Replacements and Balcony Concrete Repairs.
Remarks:
This condominium was located in Downtown Toronto with heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic surrounding. This required the appropriate overhead protection methods. During restoration further deterioration was found around the top parapet and B.E. Construction worked with Consultants to provide adequate remediation efforts while remaining within budget and on schedule.
