- Complete Restoration of Exterior Concrete Stairwell
- Soffit and Beam Concrete Restoration
In Phase 2 this project entailed the restoration of concrete beams required to withstand the replacement of the generator and cooling unit for the building.
Remarks:
This project required overnight work due to the heavy traffic being the main parking garage for the CAMH facility above. Crews were mobilized throughout the night and forces were added throughout the project to meet specific deadline targets. The concrete beams in Phase 2 were heavily deteriorated and B.E. worked diligently with consultants to provide repair strategies while under time crunch due to the warm weather approaching and need for the cooling unit.
