Project Scope:

Full Demolition of existing patios and retaining wall. Excavation to footing, parging and full waterproofing of existing foundation wall. Construction of new Stone-Strong Retaining wall. Grasspointer stainless steel trench drain along the entire run of the retaining wall. Installation of new permeable pavers and wooden fence to construct new patios. New galvanized steel railing along the entire run.
