Project Description:
Complete exterior improvements to the community centre. Replacement of bottom 2 rows of exterior architectural face block, installation of concrete pads, replacement of damaged E.I.F.S. and re-coating of exterior steel works.
Remarks:
Work was required to be completed during the shutdown of the winter holidays. The entire run of concrete block to be replaced was covered and heating was supplied by B.E. Construction. Crews worked through the holidays to complete the work and not impede on scheduling of Community Centre upon re-opening.
