Project Description:

This complex of 30 blocks of between 4-6 townhouses each located in St. Catharine’s was used as community housing for Niagara Region. Restoration of exterior cladding was required at this project, repairs made to Exterior Stucco throughout the complex, wholesale replacement of sealants and complete painting of all exterior walls throughout the complex.
